Heather Parlett, MPAS, PA-C
Heather Parlett is the owner and Physician Assistant of Natural Elegance Beauty MedSpa. Heather is a nationally certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a Master of Science Degree from Loma Linda University. She has been practicing in aesthetic medicine for more than 17 years with experience in multiple successful cosmetic practices, plastic surgery, the operating room and dermatology. Heather is an expert injector, Allergan Botox® and Filler Trainer, Certified Laser Specialist and has extensive knowledge in skin care.
Heather is extremely knowledgeable in the concepts of facial aging and regularly participates in facial anatomy courses and workshops to continuously enhance her education and injection skills. Heather strongly believes that advanced medical training and knowledge of injection anatomy are extremely important in shaping a safe and highly skilled injector. Heather personally trains her staff and sends her team to advanced trainings to ensure her practice offers the safest and most experienced aesthetic providers. Heather makes patients feel at ease in her presence and she values the importance of quality time with each patient, educating and explaining various treatment options. Heather utilizes her expertise and experience to deliver natural results and recommends only the best treatment options to each patient, never pushing or overselling services to anyone. Anthony Parlett
Anthony Parlett is the Director of Operations at Natural Elegance Beauty. Anthony has his Associates Degree from Crafton College and has worked in customer relations and sales for over 20 years. Anthony can often be seen in the office answering phones, checking patients in and out and helping out wherever he is needed. If Anthony is in the office, you will be greeted with his warm and happy presence as he exudes professionalism and friendliness. Anthony is a joy to be around and clients say that his positive energy is contagious!
Jennifer Urena
Jennifer Urena is the Aesthetic Registered Nurse at Natural Elegance Beauty (NEB). Jen has been with NEB for four years and offers an array of aesthetic services including filler, Botox®, laser treatments, microneedling, PRP injections, sclerotherapy, IV Nutrition Therapy, chemical peels and more. Jen graduated with her Bachelors of Science from Loma Linda University in 2018. Our clients love the beautiful and natural results Jen provides as well as her caring, kind and compassionate demeanor. Her smile and laugh are contagious, and she makes everyone feel like family.
Kassandra Hernandez
Kassandra Hernandez is the Medical Aesthetician at Natural Elegance Beauty. Kassandra has been with NEB since 2021 and offers custom facials, acne facials, HydraFacials, lash lifts, dermaplaning, full body waxing and more. Kassandra has more than 9 years of experience as an Aesthetician and is extremely knowledgeable in skin care, product knowledge and anti-aging therapies. After a thorough assessment of your skin, Kassandra will recommend a treatment plan to best achieve healthy, glowing skin. Kristy Caccuciolo is the Receptionist and Office Manager at Natural Elegance Beauty. Kristy greets every client with a huge smile and brings a happy cheer to our office. Kristy’s friendly personality makes everyone feel relaxed and at home when they enter our office. Kristy is knowledgeable in all services and products we offer at Natural Elegance Beauty, and she is a great resource for patients who have questions or needs help booking an appointment. Kristy is extremely compassionate and truly makes every client feel special and completely comfortable.
Claudia Santos
Claudia Santos is the Medical Assistant for Natural Elegance Beauty. Claudia has a beautiful and kind heart and strives to make every patient experience seamless and enjoyable. You will see Claudia around the office assisting the PA and nurse with their treatments, taking photos of patients, answering phones and checking patients in and out. Claudia has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Baptist University and plans to become a Physician Assistant. Claudia is extremely knowledgeable in aesthetic medicine and is helpful in assisting clients through their skin care journey with us.
Jonina Costello
Jonina Costello is the Marketing Director of Natural Elegance Beauty. With more than 17 years of marketing and PR experience, Jonina has been helping brands both large and small tell their stories and connect with customers through effective marketing communications. For the past three years Jonina has been helping to guide and execute strategic marketing initiatives for the company. You can find her handling all things communications going outward for the medspa including creating impactful social media strategies and creative content; writing and implementing email marketing campaigns to customers; crafting effective social ad campaigns; and implementing various additional digital marketing tactics. Jonina’s expertise stems from her time at multiple full-service marketing and PR agencies, where for most of her career she served as Director of Public Relations representing both national and global brands. Jonina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications/Public Relations from California Lutheran University.
